Contact Stephen Lee

With over two decades in practice as a barrister, Stephen has appeared in a wide range of courts and tribunals including 18 matters in the High Court of Australia. Stephen has experience in many areas of the law, and his practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, equity and public law.

Stephen is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and is an Arbitrator empaneled with a number of arbitral institutions in Asia.
